A name badge will be issued for registered participants.

On the days of the Conference (October 13-14, 2022), you can receive your badge at the registration desk (you do not need to fill out the registration form again). The name badge is a pass for all sessions of the Conference program, is valid on all days of the Conference, cannot be transferred by the owner to another person and is not reissued if lost.

Not later than 1 week before the start of the Conference, each on-line registered participant will be sent an invitation letter with an individual QR CODE by email to receive a badge and a package of materials when visiting the Conference. The presence of an individual QR CODE is a prerequisite for obtaining a participant badge and a package of Conference materials.

Full-time registration procedure, you must:

1. Go to the Registration area
2. Take the letter with the QR code that you printed and brought with you or the phone on which you have the QR code
3. Position the QR code in front of the scanner
4. Get your printed name badge from the printer
5. Go to the place of issue of the Conference materials and, presenting your name badge, receive a portfolio of Conference materials

The icons with camera are the sites we will visit, the stars indicate the recommended restaurants.

Morning routes on the 13-14 start from the venue where the event will be held at 9:00, and for the afternoon route on the 13th it will also be collected at the venue at 15:00. The afternoon of the 14th they will have it off.
